Still under the stewardship of one of the original cattle driving families in Edwards County, the LBL ranch is in its 6th generation of family ownership. The 396.2 +/- acres of rolling terrain provide the opportunity to hunt native and exotic wildlife and birds. There is ample native grass to support a herd of cattle and has done so for over 100 years. Located in Edwards County, about 25 miles north of Rocksprings, Texas, the LBL ranch was once part of the 9,000 acre Bradford ranch. Fencing: Ranch is perimeter low-fenced on 3 sides. The west boundary will need to be surveyed and fenced. Taxes: Approximately $287 for 2016 with Ag-exemption.
