Real County. From Kerrville take I-10 west approximately 15 miles to Hwy. 41. Proceed west on Hwy. 41 for approximately 30 miles to Hwy. 83 intersection (Garven Store) then proceed west on Hwy. 41 approximately 10 miles to Morris Ranch Rd. 1 hour west of Kerrville.

Part of the historic Morris Ranch , this gorgeous rolling Live Oak divide country has good fertile soil, lush green grass, towering massive thick live oaks, shin oak, and some native juniper. Areas are available with good tillable soil for food plots for game. There are no neighboring easements through this ranch and large neighbors surround this ranch. Elevations are up to 2,300 feet above sea level. The ranch is partially high fenced which is mostly low-fenced with mostly large neighbors. The agricultural tax exemption is in place.
