There are flowing springs on the ranch, a beautiful 1-2 acre spring fed lake, Indian campground areas around the springs, and some small caves.  Beautiful scenic hills with views for miles and elevations up to 2,100+ ft., good grass cover, and beautiful trees such as:  Live Oaks, Spanish Oaks, Cedar Elms, and Black Walnuts.    The ranch fronts on a paved road and there is an interior asphalt scenic road that leads you through the ranch, past the sparkling lake, and up to a dramatic hill top where the house sits with views for miles.  This is a very private ranch with no neighboring easements through the ranch. Last year’s taxes were approximately $11,363.
