Vegetation: The vegetation is a mixture of what you would find in the hill county with some of the high protein brush you would see in south Texas. Guajillo, some pear, Mesquite, oak, juniper, black brush, and Persimmon are some of the more common brush species found on the White Rock ranch.

Wildlife: In addition to the native white-tailed deer herd, the owner has released several bucks and does from good genetics. The wildlife is fed year round free choice protein pellets and the owner doesn’t hunt so there has been extremely low pressure on the game. There is a herd of axis deer, Blackbucks, a few fallow deer, a few red stag, and a small group of Sika deer. A survey was conducted last year and the data is available.

Minerals: Any or all mineral rights will convey with the sale and the owner believes he owns a small portion of minerals. There is no production.
