DESCRIPTION: There are two very nice creeks on this beautiful well cared for ranch. Beekman Creek is spring fed year round creek and flows through the property. Portions have been dredged and dammed to form 3-lake areas excellent for fishing and swimming. Two smaller spring-fed lakes have been formed down stream adding water supply and beauty to the park-like appearance of this area. Red Bluff Creek is an established live stream bordering the ranch on the West boundary with the deeded property line extending to the center of the creek. There are several deep pools in the limestone bed with fish and the property along Red Bluff Creek is ideal for picnics and camping. Native grasses are plentiful throughout the acreage, providing adequate food for all wildlife. There are level terrain areas suitable for development and many building sites with magnificent views.
