A well-traveled road system is in place for accessing the entire ranch via ATV. There are exceptional views of the rugged Texas Hill Country from several hill tops located on the ranch at nearly 2,200’ elevation. Thick cover from Live Oaks, Red Oaks, Cedar, and Shin Oak make the ranch feel much larger and assure that game animals never feel over pressured by hunters.

Improvements: Overlooking the vast hills and valleys of the surrounding hill country sits a 2 bedroom “dogtrot” style cabin, perfect for a hunting cabin or weekend getaway. The bedrooms are connected by a large porch that stretches the length of the cabin, making a perfect place to take in sunsets. Water is available at the cabin and is provided by a 300ft deep well with 8gpm flow.

Game: Herds of quality Whitetail, Axis, Aoudad, and Red Sheep are found on the Axis Hills Ranch, providing a year ‘round hunting experience for the owners. Populations have been managed by the current owner over many years to ensure high quality genetics on the ranch. The ranch also has a large population of Turkey and plenty of Dove.
