DESCRIPTION:  A combination of Oaks with some Cedar and better than average soil with some pasture grass to run a few cows.     There is a portion of both sides of wet weather Bruins creek at the back of the ranch which offers good lake potential.   There are two water wells and electricity to the ranch.  There is a very nice amount of paved road frontage (2,880+/- ft.) on Wharton Dock Rd.   There is an older home built in 1986 (BCAD) that is approximately 2,125 +/- sq. ft. main area according to BCAD.  There is a small barn and shed near the house.  There is a septic system and water well that services the house.
