The current camp site sits at 2,220 ft. ASL which matches the 2nd highest peak in Kerr County which is found just south of the Hunt 104. Native grasses, Live Oaks, and Cedar provide ample cover for game animals and nutrition of agriculture. Along the Western boundary sits a 2-acre tillable field, perfect for planting food plots or cutting hay. The rolling terrain offers an elevation delta of over 140 ft.,  half-acre pond near the camp site is supplemented from the Edwards Aquifer water well, with electricity available at the site. The ranch is fenced on the East and North boundaries.

Game: Free ranging Whitetail and Axis are found in abundance on this ranch, with Blackbuck and Sika occasionally seen roaming. Turkey and Dove are also present in the area in great numbers.
