Land: The ranch offers 27 +/- acres of rolling terrain and thick cover for game animals from Live Oak, Shin Oak, and Cedar. Hunter’s Haven features over 65 ft of elevation change, making the ranch feel much larger. Once on the ranch, ATV trails lead you to the strategically placed hunting stations spread throughout the property.

Improvements: The hunting cabin sits at the highest point of elevation on the ranch and offers 420 SQ FT, 1 bedroom large enough for 2 sets of bunk beds, a full bathroom, full kitchen, and living area. A large covered porch is accessible from the living area and is perfect for watching the hill country sunsets. Water is provided by a mobile water tank and a RV storage tank is used for sewage, according to the owner.

Wildlife: Large herds of deer roam the ranch, including some of the best Axis and Whitetail that the hill country has to offer. Large neighbors to the East and West totaling over 3,000 acres allow the animals to flourish and not be over pressured. A water trough near the center of the ranch provides water to the game animals and is fed by rain water catchment from the cabin.
