A rarity for the area, surface water is abundant and the ranch offering 3 ponds, 1 being naturally fed and having never been dry, along with 2 others that are lined with bentonite clay and supplemented by water wells. 2 Edwards Aquifer water wells, approximately 350 ft deep, supply water to the improvements, ponds, and troughs throughout the ranch.
