Western Kerr County just north of the famous Y.O. Ranch.  The ranch is approximately 15 miles south of Junction or 50 miles west of Kerrville.   From Kerrville take I-10 west approximately 49 miles then go south on Hwy. 83 approximately 10 miles  to Diamond D Trail Rd. (private road).

 A beautiful 99.04 acres with numerous large Live Oak and Spanish Oak trees throughout the ranch.   There are nice hilltops with views up to 2,000+/- feet elevation, good soils in the valleys, and there has been some light cedar cleared.    The property is under the Wildlife tax exemption and 2015 taxes were approximately $652 according to KCAD and the entire perimeter is high game fenced.  Electricity for the well and cabin averages $50+/- per month.
