Description:  Known as the Hand Knife Ranch, this very unique and striking property sits in the Devil’s River basin just above the headwaters.   On average rainfall years the river will flow through the ranch and there are both sides of the river for 8/10 mile.   The terrain on the Hand Knife is very diverse with approximately half of the ranch consisting of South Texas brush country. There is a conservation easement in place by the Nature Conservancy to prevent any future subdivision or development.
