A place where cell phones stay tucked away, campfires last a little longer, and the day’s schedule is dictated more by sunrise and sunset than by meetings and deadlines. Combining exceptional exotic wildlife, thoughtful improvements, and the rugged beauty of Real County, The Triple 4’s Ranch offers an authentic Texas ranch experience built around simplicity, comfort, and connection to the land.

Land: Dramatic is the best word to describe the scenic terrain and topography of the Triple 4’s Ranch. More than a hunting property, the ranch combines majestic hills, lush valleys, exceptional exotic wildlife, thoughtful improvements, and the rugged beauty Real County. Peak elevations top 2,200’ ASL, winding down to 2 lush, wet weather creek areas, with an elevation delta of over 270’. On the north side of the ranch, frontage along the intermittent Bullhead Creek provides a lush haven for the numerus exotic game species roaming the area. In the southern portion of the Triple 4’s, a live spring along Cherry Hollow provides water for the exotic and native animals. Unusual for the area, nearly every inch of the Triple 4’s Ranch is accessible due to nearly 10 miles of improved roads and ATV Trails. Strategic clearing throughout the ranch has allowed native grasses and hardwoods to flourish. In addition to the natural spring, 2 water wells provide water to the improvements, water storage tanks, and various troughs throughout the entire 444 Acres. Approximately 3.5 miles of high-fencing along the perimeter of the 309-acre south pasture secures the various trophy game animals. The north 135 acres offers one of the best low-fenced hunting experiences around.

Game Animals: The South 309-acre high fenced pasture offers a variety of native and exotic game animals including Red Stag, Scimitar Oryx, 3 species of Fallow Deer, Axis Deer, Blackbuck, Grant’s Zebra, Mouflon Sheep, Whitetail Deer, and Turkey. The wildlife is abundant and of high quality, with supplemental feed and water provided throughout the pasture. 6 hunting stations are each outfitted with Boss Blinds, protein and corn feeders, and a water trough.

The north 135 acres along Bullhead Creek provides an exceptional free-chase hunting opportunity for Sika, Red Stag, Axis, Blackbuck, Fallow, Whitetail Deer, Turkey, and Hogs. These animals roam freely and use the creek bottom to traverse the hills of Real County.

Improvements: Quality improvements on the Triple 4’s Ranch provide thoughtful accommodations for the ranch owner and guests alike. Two, 2-bedroom cabins, each with their own kitchen, provide sleeping arrangements. A newly constructed shower house, approximately 250 Sqft in size, is complete with a walk-in shower, double vanity, with washer and dryer in place.

Overlooking the valleys to the Southwest, the newly constructed metal barn provides 2,400 SqFt of enclosed space for ranch implements, feed, ATV’s, Tractors, and can be finished out into additional living space with ease. Quality construction is evident in every aspect, with covered side porches, 4 large roll-up doors, and an impressive covered rear porch that showcases Texas Hill-Country sunsets with views out to 20+ miles.

Taxes: Taxes totaled for 2025 totaled $850 for the 309-acre pasture with Wildlife valuation in place. 2025 taxes totaled $9,147 for the 135-acre pasture and owner has applied for an Ag Exemption.
