Land: The Kimble Exotics Ranch offers 52 acres of rolling terrain. The ranch is loaded with Live Oak with scattered Cedar that provides excellent cover for the numerous game animals. Diver’s topography delivers breathtaking hill country views. The owner has had selective cedar clearing that allow for a couple different build sites. ATV trails meander throughout the ranch giving access to all parts of the ranch.

Wildlife: Managed populations of native and exotic game animals roam the 2,500 +/- acre Dominion subdivision including Axis, Fallow, Oryx, Blackbuck, Aoudad, Whitetail, and Turkey. Through years of careful game management, the area has produced some of the best trophy animals around, allowing owners to harvest an abundance of animals each year.
